These Terms of Service govern your use of robertgolf.com and purchases made from Robert Golf. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing current, complete and accurate account, billing and delivery information and for safeguarding any account credentials.

2. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, colours and photographs accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing tolerances and product revisions can result in minor differences. Dimensions should be checked before ordering, particularly for nets, mats, storage equipment and accessories that must fit a particular space or golf club.

Robert Golf products are sporting goods and training aids. They do not guarantee a particular score, handicap improvement or competitive result. Products must be used only as instructed and with appropriate space, supervision and safety precautions. Never direct a laser product towards eyes, people, vehicles or aircraft.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and other applicable amounts are shown before payment where Shopify and the selected payment or delivery service can calculate them. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the total accepted at checkout.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, an undeliverable destination, payment failure or suspected fraud. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be refunded.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Please review them before purchasing. Ownership and risk pass as provided by applicable law; consumer risk will not pass before delivery where the law requires that protection.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, upload malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website or products for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Robert Golf name, website design, original text, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to Robert Golf and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the website for personal shopping and information, but may not reproduce or exploit its content commercially without written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The website is hosted by Shopify and may rely on payment providers, carriers, analytics services and other third parties. Third-party services and linked websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content outside our control, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. Shopify and other service providers may process information to operate the store, complete payments, prevent fraud, fulfil orders and provide website functionality.

11. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. The terms in force when an order is accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Any dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
